Method 1 to Configure Rebel 4S Micro sim
The first method to Configure rebel 4S unlock sim is through the Built in Network List where network code and no simcard from those networks are required and you only have to select the network from the list to complete configuration and restart your 4S to get signal.
Method 2 to Configure Rebel 4S Micro sim
Configure your rebel 4S unlock sim using a real network sim from the iphone 4s locked network or using the activation sim that comes pre programmed for you with when you order direct from from www.rebelsimcard.com
This the most easiest way to configure the 4S card. You only need a network simcard or the Rebel activation that comes pre programmed with your package.
Insert the real network sim or the rebel activation with the rebel 4s pro unlock sim and in the Rebel sim application select the Learn Sim.
Soon as you Select Learn sim the message will pop up to let you know the network code from the simcard has been copied and the rebel card configured.

Program the Rebel Activation Card .
To do this download Cardinal or some other program that can read the IMSI & ICCID of a network simcard you wish to use after unlocking which in this case is an 02 simcard as in the Picture with Cardinal software.
Once you read the info write the data to to the Rebel activation Card and edit only the MCC MNC of the IMSI you copied earlier so the MCC MNC matches the iphones original network.
So all Data should be same as the 02 sim other than the first 5 or 6 digits of the if the IMSI get edited
So if like in this example the iphone 4s is locked on orange and the code is 234 33. replace the first 5 digits of the IMSI you copied of the 02 sim earlier
Step 4
Insert your CORRECTLY programmed Rebel Activation sim in to the locked iphone and Activate your iPhone using WIFI or Itunes.
Once Activation is completed you can now take out the Rebel Activation sim and Insert the Network simcard whose ICCID you used and this network simcard can be from any network provider. You can use that network simcard now in the iPhones and you never jailbroke your phone.

Does the Rebel Lite Micro unlock sim have a STK/ sim application toolkit menu and do i need to use it ?

We have however added a Rebel STK Menu in the Simcard with an option to Copy a network simcard MCN MNC. The Function allows you to reprogram a Rebel Micro sim with the info thats required to be able unlock the iPhone 4S without the use of a PC. You will not need to reprogram your rebel sim unless you wish to use the iPhone 4S rebel card in to another iPhone 4S that is locked on to a diffrent network provider than the one we sent it for.
As an example say your iPhone 4S is locked on to UK Orange with MCNMNC 23433 and you make an order on the website and recieve your rebel unlock card. This will work fine in the Locked iPhone 4S with any network simcard of your choice. However if you wish to use it now on a iPhone 4S thats locked on to UK Vodafone then you need to only place the rebel iPhone 4S unlock card in to the Locked iPhone 4S with a UK vodafone simcard and go to settings and then phone and sim applications and press copy.
