This Demo shows how to use the Rebel Sim II Dialler v2 firmware in iphone 3GS which is a Hardware based Automatic Least Cost Routing Dialling System.

The hardware Rebel  sim II  dialler is a thin chip of a similar shape to a phone’s SIM that sits between the SIM and the phone.

A sim dialer allows users to use international calling card services through the mobile phone without changing normal dialing procedures.

Once set up has been Completed users dont need to worry about being charged Excessive Prices for international calls and the system Detects numbers that Start with 00 and routes the call automatically to your desired Calling service Access number.

In this Example we first obtained calling credit from a VOIP server like www.voipfone.co.uk  but you can any other voip or calling card provider of your choice. Step 1

How Cut the Network Simcard Safely Using the Network Simcard Cutter Step 2

Place the Rebel Sim ii with firmware v2 for Call through in the iphone 3GS simgate as show but if your using other phone models check the guide here on how to enter the rebel simcard II in other simgate styles

. Step 3

Place some tape over the simgate so you can always remove safely. Tape is only advised for all iphone models only. Step 4

Click on Settings and Then Phone then Sim Applications at the bottom of the Screen

Step 5

In the Config Menu you can see the * Next to Enable by Default

Click on Editing Numbers and here enter you call through access number supplied by your Voip provider

Step 6

Now click on Dialling Rules and Select the No 00 option as we want to automatically route all numbers through that start with 00 to save on international calls.

Step 7

Now Configure the Dialler to Work for iphones. By clicking on Dialling Modes From menu Select ICC2 option

You are Ready now and as a demo we placed a called to a numbers that does not start with 00 and the phone call is not changed and goes through as normal

Now Place a call from your phone memory or dial on the keypad any number that starts with 00 and the Rebel Sim Dialler software kicks in and DOES not Let a Direct Call Take Place.

Instead the Access number is called and when the Voip access number sees the Caller ID of your phone it auto answers and supplied you with Dialtone to dial your number. The Rebel sim Dialler sends the Voip provider of the number you dailled via DTMF tones and they connect the call but so much cheaper.

The Call Through Automated Dialler Routes your International Calls Via Your Selected Provider.

The Way it Works is You Simply purchase The Rebel Sim Call Through Dialler and insert this between your network sim just like when using the Rebel simcard To unlock the Phone.

Instead of Unlocking the Rebel sim Dialler can Protect you when you Dial an international Number beginning with 00 from your mobile phone. Rebel Sim Callthrough Dialler then STOPS a Direct Call being made to the international Number and instead Dials a Access Number which is a Land line number and then Automatically sends the number you dialled via DTMF and you are connected buy pay alot less via your Telecoms Supplier.

You can Automate DTMF Send for Call through Voip/calling card Service providers.

For example say i am an orange Contract user with 1200 Free call to Mobiles and Landlines a month.

However whenever i make an international call the cost can be up to £0.35 /minute and and also when i call NGN Number like  0800/0845/0844/0871 it costs from 10 to 35p/min and these calls do not come out from my Free monthly Allowance.

The way to Reduce these costs is to use the Call Through Services from Good Voip Provider.

After you make an account with eg www.voipfone.co.uk and add your mobile phone number to your account you can then from the the mobile phone call the access number 02070990707 and will be provided with Dial Tone so you can enter now any number.

Lets say i need to call an China from the mobile phone. Orange want to charge me over £1/minute.

Instead if i called the Call through access number 02070990707 i would get dial tone and can now enter the international number and By Pass the Charges my network provider Orange would like to charge me.

Using the Call through Route the call costs only £0.02/min and the call to the Access number cost is Free as its included in the monthly allowance.

Now Image You have Rebel Simcard II Rebellers Call Through installed in your GSM Phone and you can automate the Dialling of international numbers that start with 00 and Auto Route the Calls via Land line Access numbers & send the Originally Dialled number via DTMF to Auto Connect Calls.

Let me just explain the most users around the world would use rebel sim II call through V2 firmware for lease cost routing from mobiles.  However the Callback is another clever system to help you beat the high charges networks want to charge you.

I will give an example now that i travel to USA on a 3 week visit and if while Roaming on the Orange network

Calls made while in USA will cost 95 p/min    and for Receiving 55 p/min

Now thier are few diffrent options.

1 You install the callback sim with your orange sim

2 You purchase a local simcard from USA to use while you are thier

Now you just add the callback access number from your voip provider 00442070990808 which in this example is the www.voipfone.co.uk callback access number.

Rebel Sim Call Back Dialler STOPS a Direct Call being made to the international Number and instead Dials a Access Number which is a Land line number given by your service provider and gets a busy signal and call is not connected.

Then a call comes back from your service provider and the Rebel Sim Call Back Dialler Automatically sends the number you dialled via DTMF and you are connected but pay alot less via your Telecoms Supplier.
